Last Monday, I was chosen to be as the representative of Istoryahi.com to cover the event at C2 Classic Cuisine located at the 4th Floor of Summit Circle Hotel in Fuente Osmena, Cebu City. Of course, I grabbed the opportunity to experience what C2 Classic Cuisine feels like to dine there.
C2 is a casual-sit down dining venue for Filipinos and foreigners who want a true taste of Filipino culture. The foods they offer are Filipino favorites with a twist. Some of the popular dishes C2 is known for are the Crispy Kare-kare, Lumpiang Hubad, Seafood Inasal, Bicol Express and with their award-winning dessert, the Bibingka Souffle, a light and fluffy blend of coconut custard, salted egg, quezo de bola and toasted coconut. They also offer some of the best Cebuano favorites such as Pata Humba, Pancit Canton, Chopsuey, Nilaga (choice of pork,shrimp or fish) and more.
